In partnership with Orange County and the City of Kissimmee, we are now replacing roofs as well as repairing and modifying homes for local people, including seniors and persons with disabling conditions.

Home repairs can help older people age in place 

Our home repairs aim to help senior citizens safely stay in the home and community they cherish. Optional repairs include kitchen and bathroom renovations, adding ramps, and installing new water heaters, electric panels and ventilation systems.

Our history of home repair in Greater Orlando 

Seven years ago, we began repairing homes in low-income Greater Orlando neighborhoods to help families and individuals, especially older adults, veterans and folks with disabilities, stay in their own homes and remain independent. 

In the last five years, we have repaired 283 low-income owner-occupied homes in Greater Orlando. Accompanying the repairs being done in Malibu Groves, Orlando, we provided significant community development services that have empowered residents to revitalize their neighborhoods.
